"There were 4 individuals getting off their kayaks at the boat launch. We approached them with an invitation to come check out the event we had going on in the park. We boldly asked them what they thought about Jesus and religion. Several of the individuals shared their experience with religion and how they had gone to church a few different times. The one gentleman shared that his experience was very poor and how he was rejected and looked down upon for his tattoos that he got while in prison. We shared Gods love and how the bible says there is no condemnation for those in Christ. That the promise from Jesus is that when you receive Him, He forgives your past and makes you completely clean, in fact, you are made a new creation when you confess Jesus as Lord and receive Him as your Savior. The two couples prayed and received Christ as we led them in a prayer of salvation."
